The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On Oct. 17, 2024 the Ohio Attorney General's Office filed a civil lawsuit in Union County Common Pleas Court against defendants Ransom Kulasa, and Maggie Kulasa, and MBR, LLC, alleging the Marysville couple,in some instances accepted payments for window and door installations without performing the agreed-upon work, and in some instances provided subpar work. The state is seeking more than $81,000 in restitution for the affected consumers, civil penalties, and a permanent injunction to prevent the defendants from violating Ohio consumer protection laws.
The matter is pending before the court, according to the information BBB has as of Oct. 18, 2024.
