Very quick to get to me in the beginning. 4 months ago. Came to start job. After a consistent getting in touch with the company Could not finish cuz screen flew off truck on highway. Have no company in ******.did not know this. No way to get in touch with anyone locally. ***** is new. She is nice. But really knows no more than me. Bad business. Was supposed to show up today with screen. Havent heard anything. U hate it. I wish I could get my money back. But I cant. This is a $4000 job. ThxReview from Andy T

At Patio Enclosures and everyone that helped in getting our Patio enclosed was wonderful. **** was very good from the start with sales , friendly and knowledgeable. *********************** was always there to answer any questions and great communications though the entire process. *********************** was the one who installed it. *** did an excellent job. *** was very friendly, professional,attention to detail,and a very hard worker as he didn't even take a break. Product is good. For me there was no design advise or support. **************** was poor especially after I paid. I attempted to call the installer after install to ask a few question but my number was blocked. I addressed my concern on the review they sent me after install but I have yet to hear back from them. They also seemed to operate under several names such as patio enclosures and great day improvements. Once I paid I felt like the sales man gave me the cold shoulder and avoided conversation. We ordered a $24,000 patio enclosure in June, 2021. We were told that it would be 6-8 weeks for manufacturing and installation. We were told it would be completed the last week of August. Then we were told it would be after Labor Day. Then they finally came out to install our enclosure on October 12th. The installation process was very slow working only 1/2 days and leaving a huge mess with a open balcony to a 20 foot drop. A week into the installation, they realized that their measurements were off. It is now December 1st and we still do not have our enclosure. We have paid the company $21,792 and I cannot get a Regional Manager to call me to find out a timeline. The salesperson will answer but is unable to provide any assistance.Great Day Improvements, LLC Response

***************,We do apologize for the delay in your project. Screen room material was on extended back order for several months. There also was some delay after we received all your project materials due to labor shortage issues. We did try to speed up the installation process by passing it along to one of our subcontractors but due to difficulties accessing the site, the height of the deck above the grade, the surrounding complications of swimming pool, and access to bathe work site none of them felt comfortable taking on the job. Our in house team agreed to move forward with the project from that point but as mentioned before due to capacity issues, we were unable to get you on the schedule until October. There were several issues that arose after installation began such as an existing roof structure that had shifted. This was discovered initially due to the deck being 20 feet off the ground as well as an existing screen room that obscured our view as well as the condition of the existing roof and supports. We tried to make it work, but was unable to accommodate the dimensional change. We make all attempts possible to identify any job issues that could affect our install, but it is not always possible to identify everything that affects a room when pre-existing structures arent demolished until we begin our install. We understand this frustrating, but we did explain this issue as soon as it was discovered. Everything but one unit has been installed at this point. It took several weeks to arrive and we have had capacity issues due to be short staffed since October. We have done our best to communicate with you regularly, but we have not yet been able to get out there to install the last unit. In regards to the mess being left behind, there were no materials left to be left behind. We also taped off the open area with caution tape and temporary guardrails to prevent anyone from being able to go through the opening. You have made your contracted 3 stage payments as provided by our contract. We havent taken the final payment since we arent complete. Had some work done to refurb a 40+ year old Patio Enclosure and just wanted to say thanks again to the entire staff. They assessed the existing unit, made recommends, and found a way to save a few dollars for me along the way. It started with ***** answering my product and pricing questions and coordinating my service call. The communication was outstanding as she kept me updated as to where we were in the scheduling process. I really appreciated the on-site visit prior to the project starting. The Installation Tech, *****, offered up some valuable repair vs. replace options for me. His return trip to do the work was as thorough and professional as youll find. All in all, it was a great experience dealing with the team at Patio Enclosures. The work was first rate as were the people. Something can be said for having experienced, veteran employees like ************** They went way beyond just making sales and performing service. I would never recommend this company. The wrong materials were ordered twice! Finally got the installation done after 5 months. The south wall has a sliding glass door that is level but not plumb. The door is visibly crooked. I just spoke to ***, the regional manager. He said that the wall cannot be plumb because the patio floor slopes by an inch. Cant shim it on the right side and that is how all walls are built. Very dissatisfied with this project.Great Day Improvements, LLC Response

*****************, We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied. Our rooms are built square to assure stability and the longevity of the room. The area your room was placed was a difficult one and we did our very best to get everything plumb and squared up as possible. This included trips to your home to make as many adjustments as the framework would allow. Sadly with older homes this is an issue due to things being on a slope or uneven. You built the wall. How can it be level but not plumb? I do not accept your explanation. We have to lift the screen door in order to get it closed.Review from J A M

The company did an excellent job once the project got started. The start time took a little longer than I expected but once they started the job was completed quickly and professionally. I love the finished project. The one exception is that the screens are so invisible that people tend to not see it is a screen door and walk through damaging the screen. Salesman was great, designer was great, installation was not done correctly or completed and the roof leaked. We kept getting excuses on finishing the project for three months. When I told them that I would not pay the final payment they suddenly could make the glass panel personally that day. We ended up with a wall that has a solid panel instead of a glass panel and no electrical outlets. Onsite manager was absent and incompetent. ***************** were hard working and polite but lacked guidance and expertise from a competent site manager.Great Day Improvements, LLC Response
