My wife and I signed a contract with Patio Enclosures on 18 May 2021, which states that the work should be completed in 12-14 weeks from the date of contract and to be completed approximately 1-3 weeks if not any delays. The total price of the project was $34,958.32. We were finance through a company by the name of Green Sky and it states down payment $10,487.50, order of manufactured materials $10,487.50 and at start of installation $10,487.50 at Substantial completion final payment would be $3,495.82. As of today we have paid this company over $11,000 dollars and every month thereafter we have been paying $1,000.00 a month. In the beginning everything was going as planned and for what ever reason in September things started to fall behind. We spoke with ***** ****** on several occasions and she stated that all the materials were in but the company that were to provide the doors would not be available until November or December. We asked her to send us some pictures so we could see other options which never happen. We seeked legal advice, (which cost us $300.00) and was told that ***** no longer worked for the company and that ******** **** would be calling and giving us an update, which she did. We received an email from ******** **** that stated we were currently on the schedule to start installation on 11/9. On this date she would be pulling our next installment payment from Green Sky in the amount of $10,487.50. the contractors would start on the 9th of November which had to be moved to the 5th due us being out of town. Well on the 5th of November no one showed up, so we call ******** back and she stated that the contractors stated that they were missing some of the materials but didn't state what. On 16 November we tried to contact her and left a voice mail and once more on the 17 of November with no response.Business response

We are happy to report that someone was able to speak to you in regards to your project and form a plan of action. The material for your project is scheduled to arrive on December 22nd. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Providing Patio Enclosure keep their word and complete the project.
