          In reply to a BBB follow-up request for further details regarding the ownership change, BBB received a communication on Jan. 2, 2020, from Greg Babbitt greg@propertymanagementpros.com stating "I am not able to provide you any information. I am bound to a confidentiality agreement."

          On June 9, 2020 in response to a BBB request for information about the business, BBB received an email from  Karen Farrell, Property Management | OnPoint Property Tech, Inc., Karen.Farrell@PropertyManagementPros.com stating "OnPoint Property Tech, Inc. did not purchase ownership of GCB III or Property Management Pros the company. OnPOint purchased contracts from the Owner of Property Management Pros and the rights to the name."
