On February 4, 2019 the United States of America filed a criminal indictment in the U.S. District Court - Northern District of Ohio. Charges filed allege that Jaime Hernandez De La Paz, owner of the business El Torito is in violation of federal law prohibiting Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, and Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime. The matter is pending.
