          State of Ohio v Timothy D. Fannon DBA Riteway Plumbing case number 19 CV 005137

          On Jan. 22, 2020, a final judgment was entered in Franklin County Common Pleas Court finding that defendant Timothy D. Fannon, doing business as Riteway Plumbing, acceoted money from consumers and then:  failed to deliver or complete home remodeling and plumbing goods and services; provided shoddy and substandard home repair services; did not provide refunds or correct the matters for consumers. The court ordered the defendants to pay consumer damages in the amount of $3,480 and to pay civil penalties of $5,000.
