On February 16th, 2023 a judgement was filed against the business in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas. The judgement is in regards to allegations that the business is in violation of the Consumer Sales Practices Act, and orders the business and principal David Morgan to pay consumer damages in the amount of $50,080 and civil penalties in the amount of $50,000, and are permanently enjoined from engaging in further acts and practices until they have satisfied all liabilities and obligations connected to the case.
