          BBB investigated Mr. Richard Dryden and found that he is the principal of MoldTech and has previously done business as Absolute Mold Remediation, Absolute Mold Removal and All Mold Solutions/ 

          BBB used Google maps to confirm the address he is using 4182 E Main St, Whitehall OH 43213 is that of the Homestead Motel. 

          BBB has received five complaints since 10/03/2017 with consumer losses estimated at just under $10,000.00.

          Public court records show Mr. Dryden served time for passing bad checks, a felony, in 2008. He was charged with theft in 2011 in Hamilton County. 

          Consumers allege he works w/his son Rick Dryden.
