          In September 2021, BBB contacted Oxcidental Global Financial Services concerning advertising issues and its use of the BBB Torch logo and statement "Start with Trust" on its website at https://oxcidentalglobal.com/.

          This business is not BBB Accredited and our policies prohibit such references.

          Its website also includes the claim "Lowest Interest."  

          The BBB Code of Advertising states that despite an advertiser's best efforts to ascertain competitive rates, the rapidity with which rates fluctuate, and the difficulty of determining rates of all advertisers at all times preclude an absolute knowledge of the truth of generalized 'lowest' claims. Advertisers should have proper substantiation for all claims prior to dissemination; unverifiable 'lowest' claims should not be used.  BBB requested that the business substantiate or modify this claim but did not receive a reply.
