On October 22nd, 2019, Roland Skur, the owner of the business North Coast Car Credit, LLC entered into a Consent Judgement and Agreed Final Entry and Order with the State of Ohio Attorney General in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. The Consent Judgement settles allegations that the business violated the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. Under terms of the Consent Judgement, the business agreed to reimburse the Title Defect Recision Fund for $25,691.90, pay a civil penalty of $25,000.00, and be permanently enjoined from further violations of the CSPA. The Consent Agreement was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go here.
