          In August of 2023, the owners of Amotec, Inc, located in Cleveland, OH, informed BBB that their business name has been compromised and is being used by unauthorized individuals as part of an employment scam.. The consumers indicate they were contacted regarding a job they never applied for and they received an email from a FastMail.com address (not from Amotecinc.com) or are receiving a text message from a person at Amotec requesting to join a Microsoft Teams meeting.
