In March and April of 2018, your BBB reached out to Bliss & Bustle Boutique in writing via mail and e-mail seeking background information. To date, we have not received a response.
BBB's research also revealed the address listed on the websites for Bliss & Bustle Boutique and Modern Tot Co. is the same address of which is a mailbox store and not a physical location. A separate BBB Business Profile for Modern Tot Co. is available.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
According to the business, many items can be sent back for store credit within 15 days of receiving it. Items that are not eligible for return are:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Sale, Discounted or Clearance items
- There is a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your credit of the original purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, the business states they will notify you of the approval or rejection. In order for you to receive store credit, the business requires you to upload the tracking information into the Returns Center. You MUST include the RMA number in your return package or you will not be issued store credit.
If you are approved, then you will be issued a gift card via email for the amount specified.
If you did not upload the tracking information of your return into AfterShip, you will not be eligible for store credit
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, the company recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The company does not guarantee they will receive your returned item.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
The company acknowledges they may on occasion have packages returned to them because it was undeliverable. This generally happens for one of the following reasons:
- An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout
- The courier failed in their attempt to deliver the package
- the package was not picked up from a local depot within the time specified
- The package was refused by the recipient
Bliss & Bustle Boutique states it is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable.
They also state they will not issue a credit or refund for the items in these packages.
STORE CREDIT
Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire one year from the date issued. Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
CANCELLATION
Most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. The company cannot cannot cancel orders after this time period.
