On April 28, 2022, Jeremiah Lee Johnson, was charged with one count of theft (ORC 2913.02), in the Akron Municipal Court by the Village of Mogadore Police Department. Mr. Johnson is accused of a 5th Degree Felony, in which he is accused of taking between $1,000 and $7,500 in property or services from a client.
On December 8, 2022, the case was referred to the Summit County Ohio Court (CR 2022-07-2539) in Lieu of Conviction pursuant to R.C. 2951.041, In making the request, Mr. Johnson alleges that his drug and/or
