That was a follow up visit to a treatment primarily for mice. Jason was prompt, very thorough and explained everything he found.

I have had Thomas Pest Services for several years now; the only company I've ever used. I remember I woke on a Saturday morning and heard the loudest noises coming from my attic. Quickly searching for help, I found that Thomas was open on Saturdays and they answered my call that morning. Three technicians were at my home a few hours later, for what I anticipated being squirrels. The gentleman described what was happening in my attic and what they could do to help. They carried that plan out on day 1, followed up that next week, and have been checking in on me routinely for years. With each visit to my home, I can see the technicians reviewing things they've checked dozens of times, to make sure that nothing has changed and there are no new points of entry. They've found entry points in places that I'd never have considered (the most extreme - 20 feet up a ladder between the soffit and fascia). Within a few days, the problem was resolved. Since only one tiny mouse was found once! Most recently, Zack H. has been my technician. He always calls or texts 15-20 minutes before his arrival. When he arrives, he asks if I have any concerns or issues (I usually don't). Then he completes the inspection/service of my home - with an emphasis on maintaining the cleanliness of my home. I appreciate the service I have received over all the years.

Our tech, Jason A., does a very thorough inspection and treatment for carpenter ants and mice. It has been effective in resolving the problem. In addition to his excellent work, he is polite, friendly and gives us an update before he leaves.

Zack H. once again did an excellent job at my house yesterday. Even with the horrible weather we were experiencing Zack took the time to do a complete and thorough job inspecting both the inside and outside of my house. I have complete confidence in the Thomas Pest Services team to always keep me informed of their arrival time and of their progress while performing my scheduled service. Zack always makes sure to tell me what, if anything, he has found and how he will address the resolution of any problems he may encounter. All of their personnel are very professional and extremely polite. I couldn't recommend this company enough. I have in fact, spoken highly of them at work and in my social circles resulting in some people I know also becoming customers of this great company. Had a service today from Josh S. He was very courteous, efficient, conscientious and professional. All the Thomas Pest employees have been great. This is an excellent outfit. Highly recommend this company.

Justin has been assisting us for a couple of years. He is always thorough and explains his actions. He works to educate us as he assesses the premises. Justin is polite, calm and focused. We will be continuing our service and hope to always have him as our technician.

We have used Thomas Pest at my place of work for the past 7 years or so. I've worked there for 10. The first 3 years we used a few other companies, and the mice were out of control! It's a very old building and we were told there was nothing we could do, but Thomas Pest managed to do something! In the 7 years since they took over our pest control I haven't seen ANY mice, NONE, and they used to literally run across my desk. Clearly Thomas Pest knows what they are doing. The techs are also great. Our current tech, Mike S., is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. With so many miserable people today it's nice to see someone who always has a smile on their face!

Our tech, Zack S, did an outstanding job in installing our garage sweep & metal panels to block entry to the garage. He was meticulous & took the time to make everything neat & symmetrical. He clearly knows what he is doing & takes pride in his work. Thank you Zack! **** *
