On Feb. 7, 2020, the business owner, Saleem Hayat, entered a guilty plea with the United States Attorney’s Office of The Northern District of New York. The guilty plea settles allegations that the business was involved in Medicaid fraud, grand larceny, falsifying business records and worker’ compensations violations.
