          Refund and Exchange Policy

          Unopened packages can be returned for a partial credit, excluding introductory boxes and glassware. The box must be shipped to the address on the return label via the shipping service of your choice. Once the box is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will process a refund for the price of the coffee minus our cost for shipping. There is a $5 restocking fee for returns that will be waived for the first box returned, Be sure and write your order number on the box to assure the credit is processed to the correct account. You can find that order number in the email confirmation when the box was shipped.
