On February 4, 2019, the decision and order and order to maintain assets was entered by the United States of America before the Federal Trade Commission. The decision and order settles allegations that the business respondents with violations of Section 7 of the Clayton Act, as amended, 15 U.S.C. § 18, and Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, as amended, 15 U.S.C. § 45. Under terms of the decision and order, the business agreed to (what the action ordered, e.g., provide refunds, cease specific marketing practices, etc.). The decision and order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
