          • The registration fee and firstand last month’s tuition fee are due at the time of registration.  This is your non-refundable retainer; firstand last month of dance and costume payments are non-refundable ortransferable.
            Late Fees: Tuition is dueby the 5th of each month.  A $20.00fee will be added after the 5th for all the late tuitions. 
            A $25.00 late fee PER COSTUME willbe added on costume balances not paid by December 1, 2020.

            Commitment Clause: By registering for the 2020-2021 season.  I realize I am enrolling in a ten-monthprogram, paid in 10 monthly installments. I am obligated for ALL tuition, late fees, and costume fees based onenrollment.  I also realize that December31st, 2020 is the last day to withdraw from classes without furtherfinancial obligation.  Withdrawal afterJanuary 1st, 2021 will require a $100.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be done inwriting.  Any cancellation after thepurchase of costume will result in a forfeiture of costume.  I understand that tuition cannot be put on holdor waived for absence.  I understand thatI/my child is allowed to make up missed classes in equal or lower class levelsbut is not required to make up missed classes. I understand there is no monetary compensation for classes we miss. TheStudio will close if we experience any of the following: pandemics, epidemics,power outages, natural disaster, extreme weather, war, fire, unforeseengovernment actions.  This contract alsoincludes force majeure and/or events beyond The Studio’s control.  In the event of closure due to any of theabove, all automatic debits/tuition payments will continue without fail.  If possible, dance classes will continue onlineuntil we are able to return to the studio. 
            I understand dance is a physical activity and agree to holdharmless The Studio and its agents for personal injury.
            Your registration is proof that you have read and agreed withall policies and procedures.
