Clarence Surgeon Sentenced On Drug Charge And Lying To The DEA

On December 16, 2019, the business owner was convicted of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and making material false statements to the US Department of Justice in the Western District of New York. The conviction settles allegations that the business owner, who was a licensed spine and general orthopedic surgeon and Drug Enforcement Administration registrant, used the controlled substances for the treatment of his identified family members and his own personal use.
