This business has violated BBB's name and logo policy and has falsely stated BBB accreditation (or membership) or referenced BBB's name in an unauthorized manner, despite BBB's efforts to get the business to cease using BBB's trademark. This use of BBB's trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus. On July 25th, 2019 the Better Business Bureau challenged the advertising claim found on their website http://wereontheway.com/. The business failed to substantiate, modify, or discontinue the claim.
