On April 7, 2016, BBB reached out to Coconut Club Vacations inquiring about their business ownership, physical location, and affiliation with several other travel clubs advertising in the United States using the same email address info@yourtravelservices.org. In recent correspondence with WSW Holdings, Inc., we were informed that they are a third party travel fulfillment service. According to the company they sell custom branded label travel concierge services and products to Independent Sales Organizations (ISO), such as those mentioned above.
Additionally, BBB has not been able to find any local licensing or registration in the State of Nevada. The address on file for this company is not a physical location but rather a UPS store.
