          In August 2024, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado reviewed Cavalry Financial Services (Calvary), LLC's business practices and sent Cavalry questions regarding their daily operations such as their operations postal address, copies of documents consumers are provided throughout their process with Cavalry, costs associated with canceling of a timeshare, marketing materials, and requested information about third parties they may work with. 

          During this review BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado and Cavalry Financial Services (Calvary), LLC had several correspondences. Cavalry has stated that the information requested is of a confidential nature and they did not provide any requested information.
