In May 2021, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Mollins Logistics Services LLC business practices. This investigation was prompted by a Scam Tracker report and consumer inquiries.

Consumers allege the following through BBB Scam Tracker system:
-Received and email saying that this “employer” saw my resume on indeed and wanted to reach out. And I did not think anything of it because I had been on indeed actively looking for a job. We communicated thru email and they asked for account number.

-I was offered a job by Mollins Logistics as a Customer Service Manager. They asked me to submit an Employement Agreement form including a picture of me holding the document and said there would be a 14 day trial period. After I submitted the information I had a quick phone interview and was offered the position. When I try to call the number they gave it just goes to voicemail, asking to leave a message. I emailed the company and told them I am not interested and asked them to delete my information. It seems like a scam but it also doesn't. I just want to be safe.

-They said they found my resume online and knew my full name. They were offering employment but their company does not exist. Not anywhere. No pages for it except that website and it was barley created last year but they have been in “business” since “2007”. I don’t think they’re real and they have my email and physical address.

In May 2021, BBB checked the website https://mollinsrv.com to determine when it was created. The website was created on May 10, 2021.
