Alert

In August 2022, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Challenge Body Mind business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints, consumer reviews and Scam Tracker reports.

Consumers have alleged the following through BBB complaints:
- I ordered a dietary supplement online from the **** ***** **** ***** on April 27th 2022. The order # was *****. Two separate charges were posted on my credit card for far more than the online offer. Then, beginning on May 31st and continuing monthly since, I have been charged $12.49 by a company called Challenge Body Mind for I have no idea what. I believe after having read many similar complaints about these companies on the BBB site that I am the victim of a scam-first by being overcharged initially $169.17- then five recurring charges of $12.49 each. I did receive product though badly overpriced but I did not order anything from this New Mexico (maybe) based Challenge Body Mind company. I would like to receive a refund for the overcharge for the worthless supplement from **** ***** **** ***** and an immediate stop of the recurring monthly charge of $12.49 and a refund of $62.45 to my card for the five months since. Shame on me for not catching this sooner-shame on them for operating a supposed business in that manner

- I started receiving a recurring charge on my debit card for 2 months @ $12.49 per month starting April 2022. When I called this company I got their 3rd party billing and was told it was an online magazine subscription. I don’t know what this is but I don’t make these kind of purchases nor do I subscribe to online media. My subscription has been canceled and they would only refund one month. I’m seeking BBB’s help to get the first months charge of $12.49. I work too hard for my money for it to be stolen by some online shady business. Thank you.

- For the last two months, I had $12.49 taken from my checking account from this company. I have not authorized them to do so. I would like to receive a refund and my name be taken from their list.
