Claiming "lowest prices" means that a company constantly monitors all other retailers and they adjust all of their prices regularly to ensure their prices are always lower than than their competitors. Since it is highly unlikely that a business can monitor competitors prices daily, BBB requested that the company modify the statements and unfortunately, the business did not respond to BBB's request.
