          BBB has received multiple reports from consumers that ToysCrates is taking orders and processing payments, but not delivering the merchandise or providing refunds. 

          Please be aware that the website www.toyscrates.com is using an address of a toy store in the Eatontown Mall which is not at all affiliated with the website of ToysCrates.com. The legitimate  toy store in the mall does not have an online presence- no website for it exists. 
          If you have purchased a toy from the www.toyscrates.com , the BBB advises to contact your credit card issuer and close the account, even if there is no charge showing on your current statement. 

          The website toyscrate.com was created on 10/19/2018 and registered for one year only. 

          Any business located in New Jersey has to register with the Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue.  ToysCrate.com has not registered with the state.
