Consumers have reported being billed for products they thought were either free or covered by a trial period. Consumer have stated they thought they would only be charged for shipping but were then charged for additional products they claim weren’t ordered. Consumers have reported having difficulties getting refunds for products they say were either not ordered or were returned to the company.
