      Worst ever!! VERIZON IS HORRIBLE!!!! expensive and horrible customer service. I was left on the phone for almost 2 hours, then she couldn't answer my question about my **** so she hung up.

      Switched over to Verizon from tmobile to my lines with me. Did the purchase through the phone with customer service they opened multiple accounts for me messed up my lines. That was sorta resolved but have another line that is not even mine which I dont know why. They also offered me 2 promotions one for $800 each line that had an eligible trade in just for transferring over and another for $500 dollars to pay off the phone i still owed with tmobile. Which i gave them my phone didnt receive a ticket for and they dont want to pay the $500 dollars for the phone which i owe tmobile. I have been trying to reach their rebate team several times and i am not getting any help. They keep having me on the phones for long periods of time an example 1 hr 17 min. I regret switching. They technically stole my phone. I want them to pay the phone off with tmobile or give me the phone back which is under my name and i have the original box with imei codes on them.

      Due to Verizon's failure to implement 5G correctly, 5G service ***** unless you are right next to the tower as I routinely get 1-2mb/s and it shows I have full bars.I also love how service drops in a major city as well.

      Trade kits never arrive; customer service ghosting.Basically, usual bait and switch on selling products but when it comes for the other half of the sale the trade kits do not arrive and no one can help. I've tried chat. Calling. Stores have no method to call/answer the phone. VZW tells you that you cannot take them to the store. So $5000 in new phones, supposed $3000 in credits after 25 years of loyalty... I will be returning them all, in person, to the store tomorrow and walking across the street to ***** They may stink too (we shall see), but at least I'll get start-->finish support in one visit. Gone.

      Been with them for 10 yrs, and the sales associate basically tricked me into buying a new phone. He lied to me on the amount of the trade in,I was told I would get 800 on my trade making the phone free. Instead I'm getting 400 and have to pay 400. When i told them how he lied about the price and didn't want the phone, they told me send it back, but we have to keep the phone you traded in,leaving my daughter with nothing. WTF?

      I had four lines with Verizon for years I ordered a new cell phone back in October which was back ordered which was fine but then everybody and everything screwed up the order attempted to make it right and then still screwed the order up and I would not have gotten my phone till January so I have canceled my order I have canceled all my lines I am done with Verizon and its too bad because my entire business will now be canceling all their lines Ill because nobody would give me decent service eight people lied to me

      I fell for the $800 trade in offer. I called twice by customer service reps * not to worry if the screen is cracked *they will give 800 towards a new phone. I sent the phone back with in the allotted time . I waited two weeks before hearing anything. I didnrt get $800 I got $440 . I argued and got $180 more. Funny the 180 never showed up on my acct. and the charged back the $440 and took it out of my checking . I have been trying for two month and 4 CS agents later and everyone keeps me on the phone for 1-2 hours says its fixed but it still isnt. So they have my money and my old phone. I have been with verizon for 30 years and this is the worst service i have ever received. No one can help and of course corporate doesnt care.

      Verizon recently acquired our local wireless providerBluegrass Cellular.I went to ******* **. office to cancel service and was met at the door by a private security person. Was told I would have to get on waiting list. I did and sat in parking lot all day before getting in to see a rep. only to be told they could not cancel service in the office and I would have to call customer service. Started calling! This went in for several hours kept being put on hold and never did get through. I have never seen anything like this before. There was an older lady in line before me that was also told she would have to call to cancel! This is total nonsense. Was told by security guy,he was there because there was fighting in *********************

      I give Verizon one star only because I can't leave them with 0 stars. My stepdad passed away in August. I had his phone line removed from our account. Then, the following month, the $11.50 for his line was on our **** again, this time called a "refund." It's the only "refund" I've ever had that actually was ****. Someone needs to reign Verizon in. If they do this to enough customers, it could actually mean millions of more dollars for that company. What a crooked organization.
