          On 11/20/09 a consumer alleged that the company's nightclub advertised complimentary admission before 11:00 PM when adding your name to an online guestlist. The consumer received a confirmation email. Upon entry, the consumer was charged an admission fee. According to BBB's Code of Advertising, advertisements which are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, falsely disparaging of competitors or insincere offers to sell, shall not be used. Upon contact by BBB, the company failed to respond.
