    THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! They made it sound like I had won this grand prize. Turns out I can't get my money back, it has to be during the week - which I knew - now there are so many blackout dates that basically fill up half the year. I keep getting bounced around on the phone and no one is able to help me. When you mention this being a scam their voices shake. They will not give me my money back. The timeshare industry is a disgusting rip-off these people are swindlers. DO NOT STAY HERE. Jokes on me - who wins a prize you have to pay $300 for?

    Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to Ms. *******'s review. Ms. ******* was contacted on August 27, 2021, regarding a promotion she had been selected for. Ms. ******* accepted the promotion at that time and a confirmation email was sent over to the email address provided, stating the terms and conditions of the promotion. The email states that this promotion was valid for a midweek stay in any unit on property and is subject to blackout date restrictions such as major holidays and peak seasons. Within the email is a link to the resort blackout dates. Per the email communication, Ms. ******* had 72 hours to call back for a full refund should the promotional offer not be of interest after review. Unfortunately Ms. ******* did not cancel within the specified timeline. We would be happy to work with Ms. ******* to get her booked into a time that works for her within the parameters of the promotion.
