Autumn Passages provides home care for senior citizens including assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, personal care, range of motion therapy, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping and travel for outside appointments. They offer a wide range of scheduling options such as short term and temporary care, day and evening hours, overnight and weekend stays, drop in help and consecutive days up to a maximum of 10 with advance notice. Autumn Passages Eldercare offers a variety of services for people who wish to continue living independently in their own home. Services include: Personal Care, Meal Preparation, Housekeeping, Companionship, Transportation, Shopping, Drop-In Services, Respite Care, Therapy Services, Referral Services, Strategic Staffing and Placement Services, serving the Mondadnock Region and across the state.
