          On Febuary 2, 2023, BBB Serving New Hampshire requested that the business modify or discontinue advertised claims made on the businesses website. The business advertises “Most trusted source for a dumpster rental in central NH”. This is considered a Subjective Puffery type of claim and does not comply with the BBB Code of Advertising. 

          The BBB Code of Advertising states that, “Puffery may include statements such as “best food in the world” and “we try harder” as well as other individual opinions, statements of corporate pride, exaggerations, blustering and boasting statements upon which no reasonable buyer would be justified in relying. Puffery also includes general claims of superiority over comparable products that are so vague that it can be understood as nothing more than a mere expression of opinion.”

          While the business was initially responsive to our requests, the business has since failed to make the requested modifications and has not provided substantiation for the advertised claims as of May 25, 2023.
