          BBB Serving NH became aware of this Onyoky in December, 2020 after receiving a complaint against the business. Other complaints were filed subsequently. Consumers allege that after purchasing product from their website, they did not receive the product and that they have been unable to receive a refund.

          BBB confirmed by checking property records, that the address listed on the website in Bow, New Hampshire is non-existent. The New Hampshire Secretary of State's Office has no business by the name "Onyoky" registered to do business in the State. The telephone number consistently rings as "busy". The area code of the phone number is in Indiana, not NH. After a review of this company's website, BBB found that it was created on 11/30/20 in Shanghai, China.

          Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of a business in NH called Onyoky.
