          Bethphage was founded in 1913 in Nebraska by Lutheran pastor, Reverand K.G. Wiliam Dahl. Martin Luther Homes was founded in 1925, also in Nebraska. The two organizations consolidated as Mosaic in 2003, and Omaha is the national headquarters. This organization has programs in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Connecticut, and Delaware. It partners internationally with non-governmental organizations in Romania and Tanzania. Program services include residential settings, in-home family support, vocational training, employment, respite care, and spiritual development. Mosaic partners with people with intellectual disabilities to provide a meaningful life in a caring community, giving a voice to their needs.
