Consumers describe placing an order through the website, not receiving the merchandise, then being unable to reach the business after purchase. BBB notes that there is no business by this name registered with the ND Secretary of State, and the phone number listed on the Protm site (701-452-2887) belongs to a different, legitimate business in Wishek unrelated to the Protm site.
