These claims may come to our attention from our internal review of advertising, consumer complaints and competitor challenges. BBB asks advertisers to prove their claims, change ads to make offers clearer to consumers, and remove misleading or deceptive statements.

On August 15, 2019, BBB of Central and Northwest NC contacted HealthyPups.com regarding the following advertising claims found on the business website, https://www.healthypups.com/:

• Go to myhdiet.com to read testimonies from folks who claim to have reversed many diseases, some terminal, again by changing their diet.
• I am one example of someone whose severe allergies were gone in two weeks (my cancer along with many other health problems disappeared without drugs or surgery after 15 months) after going on an 85% raw diet.

• As a certified Hallelujah Acres Health Minister, I have also heard many other similar testimonies of healing in other people of not only allergies and asthma, but of recovering from terminal cancer and every known disease, many of which are always diagnosed as incurable, simply by making dietary changes.

• The Gerson Therapy boasts a 94% cure rate in cancer patients treated in their care centers.

• It is also my opinion that children can be born with a less healthy immune system and have these problems because their mother did not eat enough raw fruits and vegetables during her pregnancy.

Claimed Results requires claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. 

The testimonials used on the website reflect claims that the business was unable to provide third party substantiation documentation.

As of December 3, 2019, the business has failed to provide substantiation, modify or discontinue these claims. The business did modify or discontinue all other claims brought to their attention.
