          Since May 2018, BBB has received seven complaints for OG Warehouse, all being closed as unanswered.  The complaintants allege they have purchased merchandise online and been charged but have never received the merchandise.  The complaintants were unable to contact the business about the merchandise or receiving a refund.  

          BBB has tried to contact the business by email and USPS.  Mail nor email has been returned undeliverable but as of September 2018, no response has been received from the business.
