          Basic Principles of the Code requires that advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.

          As of August 20, 2019, BBB has not received a response from the business. The business has failed to substantiate, modify or discontinue any of the advertised claims brought to its attention.
