I purchased a vehicle from the Echopark ********* location. I also traded in a vehicle at this location. 30 days later my trade-in has not been paid off and I have not received my registration. Although I understand that things can be slower due to staffing issues, etc. the customer services I have received has been totally unacceptable. Despite several hours of waiting on-hold, text messages and emails no one from the ********* location has responded to my concerns or even responded to my messages. I am looking at a fee for not registering my vehicle within 30 days, an expired temporary tag and an additional payment on a vehicle that I no longer own.Business response

We apologize for your apparent frustration with regards to the timing of your payoff and title and registration.
The initial payoff check was not received by your lender when it was sent on 15 November 2021 by company clearing house. the amount of the payoff has been updated and sent out yesterday. The accounting team has spoken directly with your lender and you will not be responsible for any charges or penalty. The new payoff amount has any fees, penalties incurred due to time.
Title and registration paperwork has been sent to your local county clerks office. A check has been cut as well for the taxes collected at time of delivery. You are still responsible for any local taxes not collected at the time of sale per your state's requirements and/ or laws. A temporary tag extension has been sent to you overnight via FedEx.
