BBB starting receiving complaints against this company in November 2018. Complaints allege non-delivery of items, refund issues and customer service issues. Consumers placed orders and paid for quilts after receiving a Facebook popup ad. BBB found that this company has several dbas, including Ecrafta.com, Emacotton.com, Emacotton.net, and Amelia-Quilt.com. BBB could not locate a business registration for Ecrafta or Emacotton in Mississippi. BBB sent an investigator to the address in Wesson, MS located on the company's website and found nothing there. BBB reached out to the company via postal mail and email regarding the complaints and to get basic information about the company. BBB did not receive a response to any of its requests and all complaints remain unanswered.
