United States of America v. Kenneth Bryan Ritchey
On January 12, 2021, Kenneth Bryan Ritchey was indicted by a Grand Jury with conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States of America, conspiracy to commit hoarding of designated scarce materials and hoarding of scarce materials. It is alleged that Mr. Ritchey did hoard PPE materials after the first case of COVID-19 was confirmed. An indictment is merely and allegation and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
