          On 05/31/2013, BBB notified the business of its pattern of complaints and requested immediate attention in responding to the unanswered complaints on file with BBB.  The business issued a response on 01/31/2014 that production was delayed because of printing issues and they were taking all measures to resolve each consumer's complaints about product delivery and offered refunds or extra items for waiting on the delay of shipment.  The business stated they issued apology emails to all involved parties of delayed purchases.  Also, a real time tracking feature will go live on their website on 02/14/2014.  Phone lines will be installed once all deliveries have been issued.
