According to information in BBB files, this company has a pattern of complaints alleging customer service issues, delivery issues, and refund issues. Specifically, customer complaints allege consumers place the order, pay for it, the company fails to respond with notification of delivery. The company website indicates updates will be sent via mail. Consumer complaints further allege service is delayed or not performed at all. In addition, consumers are reporting difficulty trying to contact the company to determine the status of their order, they are unable to speak with a representative and leave messages for call backs. Consumers report when messages are left, the business fails to return the call. Other complaints indicate email messages sent to the business seeking information on delivery status are also ignored, and that refund requests were not honored. Complaints further allege delays are sometimes as long as weeks or even months before notification is received. Consumers are also reporting dissatisfaction with the company’s overall customer service. On February 5, 2020, BBB contacted ACF Wholesale seeking their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint.
On May 1, 2020, Alliance Corporate Furnishings responded to BBB, and provided the following statement to address the pattern of customer complaints:
"Our business strives at making all of our customers happy with their purchases." There are times, however, when a customer feels their concerns or complaints aren’t addressed in a form or fashion that they feel is suitable to their needs. We definitely want those concerns or complaints addressed with upper management within our company prior to a complaint being filed through the BBB. Some issues can easily be verified by simply reviewing our “Term & Conditions” agreed upon at the time of purchase and those are also linked to this message. We do understand that sometimes these “Terms & Conditions” can be bypassed by our customers when they are excited and eager to finalize their purchase. Many answers can be clarified by reading them, but, in the case this does not address your questions, concerns or complaint; please send your request to our upper management department by simply emailing us at Acfwholesale@gmail.com. We ask you to please give our upper management team the chance to address your issues prior to filing a complaint because, once again, we do strive to make all our customers happy. God Bless..
While ACF wholesale responds to all customer complaints and gives customers the option to request cancellation/refund of their order the company responds in a timely manner.
