Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchaseonline. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchasedfrom us, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for afull refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping fees. Someproducts also incur a restocking fee. Please contact us for details onspecific product restocking fees.

Any unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition and in theiroriginal boxes or packages may be returned for exchange or refund within30 days of the order date. The returned item must be in the originalbox with all paperwork. The item must be unused and unopened. We willrefund the product price minus restocking fees only. Inbound andoutbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders that receiveddiscounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping cost aswell as returning shipping cost. In some cases, depending on themanufacturer, we do incur a restocking fee, which is passed on to you.Please contact us for details on specific product restocking fees.

If the item(s) have been used or tested in any way, it cannot bereturned unless it is in a re-sellable condition and within 30 days fromthe date of purchase. It must be in its original box and all manuals,warranties, accessories and packing materials must be included. Allreturns will incur a restocking charge of 25% of the item(s) price. Thisfee is 35% for Handy Home Products and 35% for all Arrow accessories.If items have been assembled, damaged or used this charge may increase.The customer will also incur the expense of all shipping charges, evenif the order was sent with free or discounted shipping. Inbound andoutbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders that receiveddiscounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping cost aswell as returning shipping cost. Delivery refusal will result in arefund minus restocking fees as well as inbound and outbound freightfees. Do not refuse your delivery for any reason other than damage.Redelivery fees will apply. Note: there are no returns accepted on anyLittle Cottage Company or Leisure Season brand products due to shippingcosts. Hiring any 3rd party builder or shipper outside of our terms willbe the sole responsibility of the customer and we will not compensatefor their fees or damages caused therein for any reason.

To initiate a return you must obtain a return authorization first. Please use the contact us form to send us all your order information and reason for return. Allreturns are handled via email to ensure proper communication anddocumentation. We will process your request and email you returninstructions within 24 hrs.

NOTE: Please make sure you have obtained any necessary permitsprior to ordering. If the customer is required to obtain a permit fortheir area to use any of our outdoor products the customer isresponsible for obtaining this permit prior to making their purchase.ShedsForLessDirect.com will not be responsible for any permitting notapproved. Check your local subdivision or living area rules andregulations prior to making your purchase. If the customer is not ableto obtain a permit or not allowed to construct their structure in theirarea for any reason after ordering they will be responsible for inboundand outbound shipping freight charges as well as any restocking fees.
