Refund and Exchange Policy
We offer a one year guarantee on our workmanship. All materials carry their own manufacturer warranty and once installed are non-refundable. We require custom and special order materials to be paid in full up front or ordered directly by the property owner and are not refundable. All permits, custom architect and/or engineer plans are also the responsibility of the property owner, although we may assist with procuring those items on an as needed basis. If a job cannot be completed as originally estimated because of unforeseen circumstances, all work will cease and property owner will only be responsible for work performed and materials used up to the stop work order unless a change order is agreed upon to specify the additional work and/or materials needed to proceed. All jobs, change orders and refunds if necessary are at the discretion of the owner/president of Mr. Handyman.
Payment Method(s)
Cash, Personal and Business Checks, EFT, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit Card payments are assessed an additional convenience fee of 3% of the total amount being charged. All Checks should be made payable to "Mr. Handyman"
