Complaints
Current Alerts For This Business
BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning purchases of samples of their anti-aging cream. Complainants reported that when buying samples of anti-aging cream (for $4.95 or $7.95), they were unwittingly signed up for automatic shipments (for $89 or $98 each). When they returned the cream--that they didn't agree to buy--unopened and within 14 days, they were refunded the purchase price but charged for return shipping and restocking, but if the cream was opened, the company would not refund their money. Complainants also reported that in some instances, in order to buy a sample, they had to also buy another product.
The business resolved each complaint in a timely manner. However, it did not respond to the BBB's request for a written response outlining how the business would prevent similar complaints in the future.
