I was in car accident an one there costumers hit me an he rear ended me an they wont pay for all my damages that he cause Ive been broke down on the road every other day since the wreck because he bent my wheel from the back end which is the back end where he hit me mt back tired have been bumping every since that day he hit me an they wont pay up for my car Im very angry at this point

***************************** is represented by *************************. We have accepted liability for the November 5, 2021 accident in which our insured rear-ended the ******* vehicle. Damage photos and statements were obtained from both drivers, documenting minor rear bumper damage to Ms. ******** vehicle and minor front bumper damage to our insureds vehicle. Note Ms. ******** vehicle had prior damage to the trunk. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. No police report was written. We received an estimate from Ms. ******** shop of choice, Service King, and issued a $1,621.97 from their estimate, after removing the wheel damage as unrelated. The scene photos and statements confirmed no nearby curbs or any other objects that *** have caused wheel damage. Instead, this was a minor front to rear impact. At this time, the wheel damage cannot be related to the accident involving our insured. Our file remains open for consideration of a rental vehicle and any potential accident-related supplements.Review from Cassandra C

Shelter insurance road side assistance ***** in *********** ******** I waited 3 hours for **** ******* * * truck to show up he never did finally I kept calling and they sent *********************** service out and they were here in no time . I apologize on behalf of Agero, our roadside vendor for whatever inconveniences ******************** experienced while waiting for a tow. ***** will contact ******************** directly to discuss what occurred.
