- Government Actions:Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry Consent Order
On February 4 2021, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business's license application would be denied under Minn. Stat. 326B.082 subd. 11 (b) (1) (2) (4) (8) (9); 326B.095; 326B.84 (1) (2)(14) (15 (2020) and Minn. Rules 2891.0040, subps. 1A, 1B, and 1D and 2891.0050, subp. 1C (2019). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business license application for a residential building contractor shall be granted with the following conditions: the business shall only transact contracting business in their licensed name, promptly respond to DLI, and the business's qualifying builder, Jeffery Glaser will abide by probation requirements and restitution payments for cases settled in St. Louis County MN and remain law abiding. The business agreed to notify DLI within 15 days if they are found to be a judgment debtor and to satisfy or appeal a judgement against them based on their residential contracting business within 30 days of the judgement. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the link below.
