          On August 1 2019, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business application for a residential building contractor license would be denied under Minn. Stat 326B.082 subd. 11(b) (1) (2) (8); 326B.095; 326B.33; 326B.46; 326B.805, subd. 1 and 3; 326B.84 (1) (2) (14) (2018) and Minn. R. 2891.0040, subp. 1A (2017).  Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to only transact residential building contracting in its licensed name, not advertise or offer to perform electrical or plumbing services; and remain in compliance with all license requirements.
