A wig is not like hair that grows from your head. It can look similar but not exactly the same. We use as much of your hair as possible in your wig. All ponytails contain some unusable hair. Most often we will add similar commercial human hair to complete the wig.
Hair Color may vary. Most natural hair is more than one color: Lighter (from the sun) on top and darker underneath or darker roots with lighter tips. When your hair is cut in ponytails, the predominant color may not be the color you saw in the mirror. We try to match your hair color choices and/or the predominant color. If you want the color adjusted, there will be a fee.
Your wig may need some additional cutting or styling to suit you once you try it on (even if you choose to get the Pro Cut & Style). If you go to a hair stylist: Use a professional and remind them it will not grow back. Have bangs cut longer than you want, then wear it a few days until they settle into place. We cannot be responsible for work done on you wig by others.
Custom orders are not returnable. In some circumstances exchanges or adjustments may be available. We follow your instructions. If you want changes, you may need to cover shipping and other costs for the changes. If you cancel or return your order there may be a 30-50% restocking fee.
We do our best to meet deadlines. Sometimes delays can occur (such as holidays or customs delays). Times listed are for production only. Shipping times are additional. Completed orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.
Ask us about ready-made wigs for purchase while you wait.

Returns that cause the total purchase price of an order to become less than $50 make the free shipping invalid. In such cases, shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund.
